Getting the groundwork right is the fundamental building block of a new build or extension.
The works have to be right first time and provide sufficient support for the property. We have completed many ground work projects in the past and have worked in some of the smallest spaces possible.
We’ve used traditional methods of digging by hand through to full plant equipment. We have completed these foundations for our client’s homes and businesses. We pride ourselves on building a solid base for the future.

This groundwork project took us back to traditional construction methods of digging foundations by hand but with no access to the rear of the property.
We had to move of thirty tons of construction waste through the house without damaging the very stylish solid oak floor.

Digging the foundations to a new conservatory can be very awkward at times, as most groundwork projects are in a confined space with little movement for mechanical construction plant.
The new build conservatory, would be the full width of the property and would need to negotiate existing drainage systems under the garden.
